Description
Ingredients:
brown rice vinegar * (water, brown rice *), soy sauce * (water, whole soybeans *, whole wheat *), sea salt, cereal alcohol *, water, sea salt, mirin * sweet rice *, water, crop rice *)
To prepare the sushi, add about a teaspoon of vinegar to every 230 grams of cooked rice, after it has cooled slightly beforehand. You can also use it as a dressing over salads or for marinating.
