Unrefined brown sugar

It is obtained by extracting, filtering and crystallizing the natural syrup from sugar cane, without any refining process.
No preservatives are added during processing.
Caution: It is not recommended for diabetics because it is metabolized in the same way as refined sugar.
It can be used successfully in pastry and confectionery.
