Triphala powder is an Ayurvedic blend of three plants, namely: Amlaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki.
It is widely used in Ayurveda to balance the nervous system, metabolism, and structural integrity of our body.
It is beneficial for toning the gastrointestinal tract, for constipation, detoxification, antiviral, helps improve blood circulation, antioxidant.
Mix the triphala powder (1-2 grams) with water or honey, or with your favorite drink, but do not mix it in hot drinks over 40 degrees.
