Recipe Organic gluten-free flake cookies

    100g large organic gluten-free oat flakes
    100g organic gluten-free millet flakes or organic buckwheat flakes
    100g butter
    4 tbsp raw cane sugar
    2 teaspoons organic gluten-free cornflour
    1 pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1/2 tbsp organic baking powder
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy, add flakes and sprinkle flour over them. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything well.

Leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

Form small balls from the dough and place them on a tray with enough space between them then press them down until flat.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes
