Wild salmon from the clear waters of Alaskai are considered the S class of the most popular fish in this country. It has a low fat content and a more intense flavor than conventional farmed salmon. Our cream of honey and organic mustard should not be equated with sweet mustard. Two percent of organic honey from our Bavarian partner producer completes organic mustard vinegar harmoniously.
