The classic sardine actually means that the skin and bones are still there, only the head, tail and soft tissues have been removed. But don't worry, those bones won't be felt. We use only cold-pressed organic olive oil from Spain.

Our sardines are an Italian antipasti dish. Decorate the plate with a few rings of onion, leaf salad or tomato. With natural yogurt, parsley and capers, fish becomes a tasty spread for toast, baguette or ciabatta.
