Recipe Organic Arabic Pea Soup   

Ingredients

    1 teaspoon organic turmeric
    1 chilli pepper
    1 packet of organic peas
    450ml water
    400ml organic coconut milk
    1 piece ginger (approx. 5 cm)
    1 handful of fresh mint
    1 teaspoon organic coriander

Preparation:
1. chop the ginger, chilli and mint finely.
2. Cook the marjoram together with the potatoes according to the packet instructions.
3. Finally add the coconut milk, ginger, chilli and some of the mint puree and cook briefly.
4. Before serving add the remaining fresh mint.
