Description
Dulse are the most famous seaweeds in the North Atlantic, they have a purple-red color and a slightly spicy taste. Being easy to use, they are often used in a wide variety of dishes.
Ingredients:
Dulse Algae (Palmaria palmata) from the North Atlantic.
How to use:
Wash, soften, cut and add to soups and salads or fry dry (without oil) then serve as a garnish.
In order not to diminish their taste, try to fry them as soon as you take them out of the package.
