Ingredients: seaweed dehydrated copper.
Preparation: Soak in cold water for 5 minutes (3: 1 water: copper). Boil in soaking water for 20 minutes. Add Shoyu or Tamari soy sauce and simmer until the water evaporates. It is consumed as a garnish.

Arame seaweed has a black color, grows on rocks, at a depth of 1 2 m under ocean water and has a specific, pleasant aroma. It is harvested by hand, boiled for several hours to make it tender and then dried in the sun. Copper has a broad leaf, which is cut into thin threads for easier use.

Brass is good for presenting the taste of seaweed. It is easy to prepare and has a pleasant texture and a mild aroma.

It is an excellent source of protein, fat and vitamins A, B1, B2, calcium and iodine.

It has a sweet taste (contains mannitol, a natural sweetener) and is very good for hypertension, being recommended for heart patients.
The boiling water of these algae is very good for a sitting bath, for vaginal discharge due to ovarian problems.
