Composition:

Dried seaweed Clouds, soy sauce (water, whole soybeans, whole wheat, sea salt), water, myrrh (sweet rice, water, rice), malt syrup (sweet potato starch, water, sprouted barley) , sea salt, kombu seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, chilli peppers.

Nutritional values per 100g:

Energy 1500kJ / 360kcal, protein 40g, carbohydrates 8.9g, lipids 2.5g, fiber 36g, Na 1.6g, Ca 107mg, Fe 8.3mg.

Careful:

Allergen content: soy, gluten.

Way of ussage:

They can be served as such, rolled (2 pcs.) To make sushi, and as a snack, and can be used (cut into thin strips) to decorate rice, pasta or food.

Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. After use, we recommend carefully closing the zipper of the bag.
