Method of preparation:
As an addition to sauces, soups, broths, dishes, dessert creams, improving their taste and nutritional value.

Oatmeal:
Ingredients: 200g oatmeal, 50g wheat flour, 2 tablespoons oil, green parsley, garlic, salt.

Prepare a paste from oatmeal, water, whole wheat flour, oil, salt, green parsley and garlic. Knead the dough very well and shape the meatballs, which can be eaten either raw, on lettuce leaves or fried in oil.

Oatmeal soup
Ingredients: a carrot, an onion, a parsley root, 3 cups oatmeal, oil, salt, spices, lemon juice.

Boil the carrots, onions and parsley. Separately boil the oats in 200ml of salted water, over low heat until it becomes a paste. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the pasta and cook a little longer. Finally add oil, salt, lemon juice, spices.
