Description

Spelta (den. Lat. Triticum spelta) is an unchanged primitive cereal species of 8,000 years. The Celts and the ancient Egyptians cultivated spelled and praised it for its qualities. Unlike wheat, it remains protected by the shovel after harvest and has a more intense taste, reminiscent of walnut.

The flour is wholemeal, ie it contains the whole spelled grain and keeps all its components.
