The optimal recommended time of use is about 3 minutes, several times a day. But for a cosmetic and anti-breath effect, 30 seconds are enough, because the concentration of active substances allows these mouthwashes to act effectively even in this short time.

Diatomaceous earth (also called diatoms, diatomite, kieselguhr / kieselguhr) is found in nature in deposits, having the typical composition with a content of 80-90% silicon dioxide (SiO2). Silicon dioxide - SiO2 - is a substance often used especially in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industry (for example, for purifying beer or as an anti-caking agent for instant coffee). It is a strongly hydrophilic substance - it absorbs 5x its volume in water. In modern toothpastes, silicon dioxide is used as an abrasive because it has a tested abrasiveness and does not traumatize tooth enamel. Silicon dioxide cleans the plaque and restores the natural whiteness of the teeth. It is used in colored or transparent toothpastes, and as a light abrasive it is superior to calcium salt (insoluble salt that can affect the tooth enamel by scratching). Eliminates toxins from the skin and oral mucosa by purifying water from tissues and extracting toxic metal oxides.
Propolis - one of nature's most powerful drugs - has an effect on bacteria in the oral cavity, helping to prevent cavities.
Chamomile has a calming effect on inflamed and irritated gums.

Extracts of: rosemary, thyme, fennel, licorice, basil, plantain, shock, safflower, glitter, shepherd's purse, St. John's wort, sorrel, cloves have a regenerating, anti-inflammatory, astringent, calming and tonic effect on the oral mucosa.
How to use: Use in the morning and in the evening, after brushing your teeth, as well as after every meal - for rinsing and / or gargling - or as many times as you deem necessary. It is used as such, undiluted. Rinse mouth for 20-60 seconds. He doesn't swallow. It poses no health risks in case of accidental ingestion. If you experience unpleasant symptoms after accidental swallowing, it is recommended that you consult your doctor. Shake the vial before use and do not rinse the mouth with water after use.
