Viennese speaks fluently French. At least in the café. "Melange" is French word for "blend" - the Viennese style Melange has coffee, milk and milk froth. No matter how you like your coffee, we have the best organic beans for it.

That's why we prefer to work directly with cooperatives in Central and South America. This guarantees fair wages, valued partnerships and excellent coffee from the mountains. Price speculation is not in our cup of coffee.

there is light. Sustainable shade-grown cultivation of our Arabica beans preserves forest biodiversity. Environmentally friendly? Absolutely! The coffee beans are carefully picked by hand. But only the ripe ones because they contain the best flavour.
