Thanks to this unique and new product, "Gelling gels without boiling", even fresh jams with a low sugar content and those that do not contain any sugar will now succeed. The jams will have the same quality as the raw fruit, completely without boiling! In an instant you will produce fresh, fine and unprocessed jams yourself - all the vitamins and active substances of the fruit will be kept!


Dosage: 1 sachet (18 g) and 4 tablespoons lemon juice for gelatin, 500 g fruit for jam or 400 ml fruit juice for fruit sauces.


How to prepare the jam: 1. Wash high quality fruit, drain, cut into small pieces, remove the seeds, if necessary, and weigh 500 g. 2. Place the fruit in a tall container. together with the dry sweetener, for example 175 g of raw cane sugar, and mix very well. 3. Chop the fruit mixture with the blender until there are no pieces left. 4. Pour the contents of the sachet into the middle of the chopped fruit and continue to mix with the blender for 4 minutes. If the composition has not hardened enough, add another sachet and mix again for 4 minutes. The consistency of the composition depends on the fruit. The jam thus obtained is placed in clean jars, which close tightly and are kept in the refrigerator.


How to prepare fruit sauces: Contents of the sachet, 400 ml of juice, 4 teaspoons of lemon juice, 60 - 80 dry sweetener to taste (eg cane sugar). In a tall bowl, mix the ingredients, add the contents of the sachet and chop with a blender for 3 minutes.


Shelf life: The product "Jam without boiling" does not contain preservatives and thus does not affect the shelf life of jams. The raw and ready-made jam lasts for a few days, if you keep it in the fridge.


Tips & Warnings If you use liquid sweeteners, you should add more "Non-Boiling Jam" (or use less fruit) until you get the desired consistency. Do not prepare more than 500 g of fruit with this product at a time. Do not use the juice in the case of frozen fruit. The fruits have a stronger aroma if they are at room temperature. The jams prepared and put in jars can be frozen.
