Ways of use

7-day cure for mild detoxification or 21-day cure for deep detoxification:
1 tablespoon of fiber in a glass of lukewarm water, 30 minutes before breakfast and, if necessary, before other remedies.

For chronic constipation problems, a tablespoon of fiber in a glass of lukewarm water is recommended daily 30 minutes before breakfast.
