PRINTING ERRORS
CasaBIO.ro and its suppliers do not assume responsibility for printing or display errors in terms of prices, features or images of the products. If an order cannot be honored due to such errors, CasaBIO.ro reserves the right to cancel the order and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error. Due to the large volume of products and constantly changing stocks, but also due to the fact that behind this virtual store is a real store where these products are available to the customer, stocks can change very quickly, and prices as well. Therefore, we undertake to personally inform the client (telephone) of the possibility of these changes.
Thus we define the following terms as:
- goods and services: any product or service to be provided by the seller, the buyer;
- order: electronic document by which the buyer requests the purchase of goods or services in the offer of the online store www.casabio.ro;
- contract: the order confirmed by the seller (confirmation of an order will be made by phone or electronically).
REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER
By launching an order (electronically or by telephone) through the online store www.casabio.ro, the buyer agrees with the form of communication through which the seller carries out its operations (electronically or by telephone).
An order contains the following:
- goods or services offered by the online store www.casabio.ro;
- clear indications regarding invoicing, delivery dates as well as other special indications if there are other requirements of the buyer;
- buyer's specifications.
Placing an order (electronically or by phone) does not require confirmation of the order and the contract. The complete steps are as follows:
- registration of an order: an automatic unique number will be generated for each registered order;
- taking an order from a sales agent;
- the conclusion of the contract representing the moment of issuing fiscal invoices on a sustainable support, the contracts concluded at the moment of picking up the product from the CasaBIO store, are not the object of GO 34/2014;
- the delivery of an order is made after the order is confirmed and after the delivery details have been established by the sales or delivery agent and by the buyer.
The messages sent automatically by the system do not confirm the existence of the product in stock nor the conclusion of the Sale-Purchase contract.
Orders are taken / registered and only after confirmation from the supplier regarding the availability of the product in stock, orders are accepted and honored.
PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS
We SC CasaBIO cu Sanatate SRL establish ourselves the regulations of the promotions and of the contests that we organize. These regulations are made known to potential participants only through its own website. Promotions benefit only those orders that comply exactly with the rules displayed on the site. Also, the promotions apply only to orders that are registered by the company during the period in which the promotion is valid and only within the available stock.
We do not guarantee the availability in stock of the products for promotion and we can interrupt or cancel it at any time without any prior notice, if the product is no longer in stock.
PRODUCT PRICE
The prices are displayed on the site in lei, namely: LEI (RON) with VAT. But the permanent change of stocks can sometimes lead to inconsistency with the prices displayed on the site. In the event of a price change or a wrong price of the product due to a system error, the buyer will be notified by telephone and only if he accepts the new price will the product be sent to him.
VALIDITY PERIOD, WARRANTY AND SERVICE OF THE PRODUCTS
The products that are sold through this site have the term of validity, warranty and / or service offered to them by the manufacturer. The warranty cannot be invoked in the event of improper or incorrect use of the product. The guarantee and / or service will be requested directly from the manufacturer or his specialized legal representatives based on the purchase invoice, the guarantee certificate and the FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CONSUMER PRODUCTS.
Within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the product, in case of detection of operation problems, the customer can request our company to return the product / products, only in the original packaging and together with the originals of the respective transaction documents: invoice, warranty certificate, withdrawal form. In this case, the respective object can be replaced with an identical one or - if this is not possible - it can receive back the amount paid for that object.
The food products have obligatorily stamped the validity term, and the household appliances benefit from a 24-month guarantee certificate from the moment of purchasing the product.

The risk transfer is performed according to Government Ordinance 34/2014.

In the case of contracts where the products are delivered to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer at the time of delivery of the products by the carrier.
In order to resolve as soon as possible the complaints regarding the non-conformity of the products purchased from the online store casabio.ro, we recommend you to contact by phone: 0264-406405 or in writing casabio.casabio@yahoo.com with the company SC CasaBIO with health SRL.
Careful! The transport costs in case of devices under warranty is borne by SC CasaBIO cu santé SRL and will be brought to the company's headquarters by GLS courier, transport which will be ordered directly by CasaBIO which deals directly with product service or places the product service authorized if it is an importer other than CasaBIO. The transport cost in case of devices that are no longer under warranty is borne by the customer, so that the product reaches CasaBIO and returns to the beneficiary.
We do not assume responsibility for products disassembled and improperly packaged by the consumer as well as if the instructions for assembly / disassembly, packaging, handling, transport without protection are not observed.
PACKAGING METHOD:
It is recommended to pack in the original packaging so that the product arrives safely at its destination.
Any improper packaging can lead to damage to the product during transport, therefore we guide the consumer to use the appropriate packaging means (supports, protective foil, air bubble bags, box, ....).
The package must contain, in addition to the product and accessories, a copy of the purchase invoice and the warranty certificate as well as the product return form completed with all the necessary data.
The term for solving service problems is 2-14 days.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS:
If you have a problem with the ordered products or have complaints regarding the placed order / products please contact us: 0264-406405 and we will try to fix the problem.
The return of the products can be made within 14 working days of receiving the package. The product / products must be returned in the original packaging and must not be damaged, used or unsealed. To avoid loss of the package, please send the products with acknowledgment of receipt (if sent by Romanian Post) to the address specified in the "Contact" section or to the address specified in your order. Refund / return fees are borne by to the Customer if the product is not under warranty.
You do not have to specify the reason for returning the products, and future orders will not suffer penalties or delays.
The value of the order will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the package. The amount cannot be returned by postal order or any other payment method other than the bank transfer, in the account indicated in the product refund form.
Return conditions
We receive back without any necessary explanation any order as long as the returned products meet the following conditions:
They have not been unsealed - The unsealing of the products cancels the guarantee that they have not been contaminated and thus we cannot put them back in stock.
They have not been used or tested - The products tested cannot be returned because they cannot be passed on to another user as a new product.
Broken or bent packaging or labels - Once the packaging has been visibly damaged it can no longer be considered a new product by our standards. The intact label is the mark of a sealed product.
The return costs will be borne by the Customer who returns the order, under unsealed products.
If you have placed the order and the package has already been shipped, but in the meantime you have decided that you no longer want it, please tell the courier agent to return the package.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA:
SC CasaBIO cu santé SRL guarantees the confidentiality of personal data.
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, SC CasaBIO cu santé SRL has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us about you, a member of your family or another person.
The information about the personal data received by SC CasaBIO cu santé SRL during the ordering is treated strictly confidential and they will not be transmitted to third parties, being used only for the stated purpose of this site: invoicing, delivery of ordered products, order confirmation and settlement cases of returns. SC CasaBIO cu santé SRL will ask for your consent for storing data for the following purposes: possible promotions, newsletters, facilitating communication with its customers, informing them about the operation of the site, etc.
The SC CasaBIO cu santé SRL team reserves the possibility to inform buyers of the various existing promotions or of the new products that have appeared only on the public domain such as Facebook. However, personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or to other authorities entitled to carry out any justified verifications under the law, if this is required in accordance with the laws in force.
A secure data server is used to take orders and make payments so that buyers' data is not compromised.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If, unfortunately, the products received prove to be damaged due to transport, the customer is obliged to report these damages to casabio.casabio@yahoo.com or comenzi@casabio.ro, upon receipt of the package. Complaints regarding the packages sent are received within 24 hours of delivery.
ADDITIONAL FEES
The final price paid by the customer consists of the price of the product and shipping costs if applicable. SC CasaBIO cu Sanatate SRL does not charge any additional fee to the customer when buying the product. For any additional fee, please contact comenzi@casabio.ro or casabio.casabio@yahoo.com immediately. Orders coming from localities or villages do not charge an additional fee for the delivery of packages.
