Dosage:

sauces / soups: to 500 ml liquid, 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch

puddings / creams in 500 ml liquid, 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch

First mix the starch with a little cold liquid, then add the rest of the warm liquid and let it boil briefly.
