Biona pasta is made in a traditional pasta factory in the Dolomites in northern Italy.

Our ingredients are simple: we use only the best quality organic durum wheat and mountain water.

Preparation instructions: Put the pasta in a large saucepan with boiled water (about 1 liter of water per 100 g of penne pasta). Add salt to taste and simmer for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve them with a Biona Organic sauce.
