Traditional Japanese ginger pickle

Japanese Clearspring Ginger Pickle has an invigorating, spicy aroma, being so named because it is almost always served with sushi or sashimi, to clean the palate between sips and also for its antibacterial qualities.
Sushi Clearspring ginger has a superb taste, being prepared from young, tender ginger roots, cut into thin slices, lightly salted, then pressed and pickled in high quality rice vinegar. It is unsweetened, and its color is naturally given by the red shiso leaves.

May contain traces of gluten.
Vegetarian product, vegan, without GMOs, added sugar, artificial additives, without palm oil and hydrogenated oils.
