From the point of view of modern sciences, it is considered that health has multiple facets: biological, intellectual, emotional, decisional, social, spiritual, holistic. Of course, each concept and all together contribute to the person's health.

Discussing the "intelligence of matter" (Dumitru Constantin), we must also mention the "biological intelligence" that the authors mention. The physical body can be fed or destroyed, intoxicated. However, the state of health is mainly due to the limbic system, which governs the emotional state. Emotional health ensures a dynamic balance between emotions and feelings, so that each of us can respond positively to any "challenge".

The authors propose an overview of the concept of health, but also the possibility of concrete solutions for regaining biological health.
