Description:

Respecting the methods practiced by the Romanians over 2000 years ago, the traditional sea salt is harvested in the Ria Formosa nature reserve, located on the shores of the Algarve region of Portugal. This sea salt has a very light white color, it is completely unrefined, being therefore rich in minerals found in sea water (for example calcium and magnesium). It is dried only by wind and sun, so it has a natural humidity, keeping all its original qualities.
