Risotto 250g ( an integral alternative to risotto, composed of ancient cereals and spices, all organically grown in the country)

Composition: Einkorn, Arpacas Wheat, Arpacas Spelled, Romanian salt, yellow petals, Caerulea trigonella, Sage spice, blue petals, dill.

For 2 people approx. 250 g risotto, served as a garnish. If left to soak for 12-24 hours in double the amount of water, then boil in just 15-20 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave the dish covered for another 10 minutes. During this time or a little before it is added to taste, e.g. vegetables, pepper, crushed garlic, spices, oil ...
