Description
Sumakul (Rhus coriaria) is a cherry blossom that grows in Europe and the Middle East. After drying, it releases a sour salty taste, accompanied by properties that fight bacteria and help digestion. The combination of sumac with Rawckers brawnza reminds of the taste of traditional cheese in a special way, being by far a successful combination.
