Consumed regularly, rapeseed oil has an anti-inflammatory effect on blood vessels, which no longer break so easily. It has an important role in the proper functioning of the brain, due to the fatty acids it contains and which intervene in the prevention of depression, dementia attacks and even Alzheimer's disease. The Omega 3 fatty acid content recommends rapeseed oil as an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction.
