What is rapeseed oil?

The oil obtained by mechanical pressing of rapeseed is a 100% natural product, with an important role in nutrition, especially in creating a balanced and healthy diet.

The technology we apply (cold pressing) helps preserve the natural taste, specific to the seeds, allows the extraction of a greater proportion of nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, compared to other processes (hot pressing or refining) .

Rapeseed oil can be easily recognized by its golden color, pronounced odor and vegetable taste - harsh, sweet - but with a slight bitterness.
