Vitamin B12 Active Seeking Health contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of mental health, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, energy metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism.

Method of administration:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as recommended by a specialist. Tablets can be broken into smaller pieces if a lower dose is desired.

Ingredients/tablet:
Vitamin B12 (80% Mecobalactive® methylcobalamin and 20% 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin) - 1000 mcg (40,000% NRV*). Other ingredients: xylitol, ascorbyl palmitate, silica, natural flavours.
*NRV - Nutrient Reference Value, cf. Reg. 1169/2011.  
Contains no lactose, egg, shellfish, nuts, gluten, soya, genetically modified organisms, artificial colours or flavours.

Warning:
Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people taking antibiotics or other medicines should seek specialist advice before use. Not to be taken less than 5 hours before bedtime, may interfere with sleep.
