Müsli can be enjoyed with vegetable milk, as well as prepared according to the recipe Hildegard von Bingen - "Habermus" - for this, a cup of cereal is boiled in 2-3 cups of water for 5-8 minutes, sweetened with honey as you like and sprinkled with almonds.

The composition of the ingredients restores the healthy balance of the body: spelled flakes, buckwheat flakes, apples, pears, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, all from controlled and certified organic farming.
