Description:

Miso pasta is a Japanese spice made from soybeans according to a traditional recipe. It is used to prepare Miso soup and to season other types of soups, stews and sauces. Use a teaspoon of Miso paste in a cup of liquid. Dilute the pasta in a little soup or sauce and add to the food towards the end of cooking. Avoid boiling to preserve the enzymatic properties of this pasta. Harmless white yeasts can develop as a result of exposure to air. Simply remove them.
