Description
Organic gluten-free potato starch is like any other starch and is used to thicken sauces and dishes. When baking bread, cakes or pies, potato flour is a great addition, replace some of the flour (max. half!) with potato flour. The dough becomes very weak. This product is gluten-free. Each batch of gluten-free products is tested for gluten-free in the manufacturer's laboratory immediately after production. All gluten-free products are registered with the German Coeliac Society. Bauckhof Mühle is very close to Wendland. Our neighbours in the easternmost and least populated district of Lower Saxony have founded the producer group "Bio Kartoffel Nord". This potato starch is produced there and packaged in our mill - under controlled gluten-free conditions. Extensive analyses in the mill's laboratory guarantee organic and gluten-free quality.
