Description

Bio Egg Alternative 30g:

The egg replacer is used in sweet baked goods such as waffles, pancakes, and cakes, or in hearty dishes like potato and vegetable pancakes or breaded foods. It is not suitable for preparing scrambled or fried eggs.

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix the egg alternative with mineral water. Then, add the other liquid ingredients and mix until fluffy.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients well and add them to the previously mixed liquid until a uniform dough forms.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet lupin flour*,
  • Thickening agent: carob gum*,
  • Corn flour*,
  • Linseed protein*,
  • Sunflower protein*.

*From organically certified farming. EU / non-EU agriculture.

Dosage:

5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) of egg alternative and 50ml of mineral water replace one whole egg.

 

Gluten-free product. Vegan product.
