Dried vegetables and fruits

For longevity and health!

  Dried fruits are a healthy source of sugar (~ 70%), mostly fructose, vitamins, easily assimilable minerals (iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium).

Helps normalize transit, being rich in fiber; preferably to consume them in the morning, after hydrating them overnight.

They are tonic and energizing, ideal when we feel tired, during periods of physical and intellectual effort, in convalescence.

We can eat them as such or in biscuits, cakes, bread, in salads, in rice puddings, added to cereal flakes.

 

BIO HOUSE RECOMMENDATION

 

When we are hungry, and we do not have much time, we take a natural snack: a mixture of dried fruits and seeds. They quickly induce satiety and prevent overeating.
