Dosage and method of use:

• 10ml per day , administered in two doses of 5ml (one tablespoon), morning and evening, preferably before meals. This amount is sufficient for general health maintenance, especially in spring, autumn and in the cold season.
• 20ml per day , administered in two doses, morning and evening, preferably before meals. This amount is successfully used to boost the immune system.
• Over 20ml per day. At the doctor's recommendation, the dose may be increased and adjusted according to the body's reaction.
• Shock dose: When you notice the first symptoms that signal the appearance of a cold or flu, it is recommended to use a dose of 70ml per day, in several doses, for two or three consecutive days, to stop the development of pathogens.
