    • as a deodorant together with an essential oil suitable for those with acid perspiration, by applying a few drops under the arm, or with a deo-roll type container, without blocking the pores;

    • as such or mixed with other cosmetic ingredients, it protects the hair and skin from drying out as well as from the harmful effects of the sun's rays;

    • dry and chapped lips can be remedied by applying a few drops of pure coconut oil, or mixed for example with propolis;

    • for hardened skin (elbows, knees, dry heels) apply by rubbing;

    • Coconut oil massage helps to relax, relieving stress.

    • Suggestions for use in the household:

      In addition to its benefits as an ingredient for food preparation, but also for body care products, coconut oil is very helpful in the household.

      • it is useful for peeling off residues from various materials. You just have to apply it on the respective area and let it act for a few minutes.
