Description
Cocoa liqueur is obtained by pressing whole cocoa beans, and heating them to low temperatures (up to 40 degrees), until they form a paste. This paste will solidify at temperatures below 32 degrees. Basically we have in front of us the most natural and healthy form of chocolate, 100% raw and ecological :)
You can consume the product as such, or if you want, you can melt it at temperatures up to 40 degrees and add a healthy natural sweetener, such as palm sugar or xylitol, and thus you will get a delicious raw chocolate, and more chosen healthy!
You can also use cocoa liquor in various compositions for raw desserts and more.
